In depth introductory deep dive into your situation to determine your needs and develop a strategy. Our appointment with you will be done virtually and will last 1.5 hours. An additional 2 to 5 hours will be spent before and after your appointment to understand your situation and develop a plan of action. Appointments that follow will not be as long and will be a lower price. 

A phone call to discuss your business needs. We will prepare a quote for our services after this phone call.  

Our appointments for individual coaching and counseling last 45 minutes to an hour. To be effective, we recommend our coaching packages, which are at a lower rate because they are purchased as a set. 

This coaching package is recommended for individuals who are not under pressure at work and simply want help with developing their career or need advice regarding their career path. A year can be purchased for $4500 if paid up front. 

This package is designed for individuals on a Performance Improvement Plan for 30 days. PIPs that last longer, will be subject to additional charges. Coaching includes weekly 1:1 appointments and 2-3 weekly check in phone calls. 

Requires a minimum commitment of 12 weeks.

Advice and Consulting on hourly basis

We are available to provide HR Consulting services on an annual subscription basis. The price of your services will depend on your needs but will be at a discounted rate in exchange for your commitment and payment for 12 months of service. 

We are available on a monthly retainer basis. The price will vary based on your needs but begins at $750/month for minimal services and increases with additional time and services. 

Includes document gathering and review, witness interviews, and a report that includes our findings. Investigation is unbiased and reliable and performed in accordance with industry standards for HR investigations. 

provide focused project-based HR services, such as developing and implementing programs and initiatives related to workplace culture, compliance, and strategic planning. Price varies based on needs.

We serve in fractional roles during transitions. Prices depsnd on role and duration. 

We are the HR Department for many small businesses. Please contact us for pricing. 

We create onboarding plans and offer training regarding the workplace and employment rights and obligations. We also train and onboard new leaders. Price depends on needs. 

We create employee handbooks that comply with state and federal law. We will customize the handbook and include your specific policies as well. Price depends on a variety of factors but begins at $1000.
